Ken Rutkowski of Business Rockstars rapid fire interviews entrepreneurial CEOs in one minute for the series The 60 Second CEO.
Here’s Jeffrey Hayzlett, Host of C-Suite on Bloomberg Television.
KR: Who’s your favorite entrepreneur?
JH: Me.
KR: Second favorite entrepreneur?
JH: Uh. You know, I like Lee Iacocca. I call him an entrepreneur. Even though he’s out there he’s really good.
KR: How many hours a night do you sleep?
JH: About four.
KR: What’s the first [last] thing you do before you go to bed?
JH: I kiss my wife.
KR: What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
JH: I kiss my wife. And then I go to the bathroom – both times.
KR: What do you do that’s not work-related on the weekends?
JH: I like to hang out with my horses. I like to do that or outside work.
KR: What rule do you live by?
JH: Uh. Always treat people like you want to be treated.
KR: I like that. OK, rank yourself on a scale of one to ten, how weird are you?
JH: I’m a ten – like everybody else. We’re all flippin’ weird. Every person that’s alive is weird.
KR: (Laughs). How would you describe yourself with one word?
JH: Bigger.
KR: What’s your favorite animal?
JH: Umm. Horse.
KR: What is your favorite TV show or movie?
JH: Well my own TV show.
KR: [Interrupts] Besides that?
JH: Movies, well like, Rudy and things like that. I like motivational stuff.
KR: Really?! What is your biggest achievement?
JH: I haven’t gotten to it yet.
KR: You haven’t?
JH: No. Are you kidding me? No. I’m still going for it man. Never stop.
