How To Stop Instagram Videos From Auto Playing
In the bottom menu of Instagram, go to the right-most item which looks like a contact card. That’s your profile.
Now in the upper right hand corner you will see 3 dots (Android) or a gear (iOS). That represents your settings options.
In options, go under the “account” section you will find a checkbox labeled “Auto-Play Video”.
Just uncheck “Auto-Play Video” and you’re done!
