The Belkin Trueclear Pro Advanced Screen Care system is the solution people with a vendetta against screen protectors have been waiting for. If you are like me, you have probably thrown away your fair share of money as you attempted to perfectly align screen protectors on your smartphone. One false step and you are left with bubbles or a screen protector that sticks for about 10 seconds before it epically fails.

Belkin hopes to end screen protector headaches by making the application process leaps and bounds easier.

The process starts by cleaning the phone’s screen and then using an included sticky tape to remove any dust particles. A specialized tray based on phone type is then placed inside of Belkin’s hardware. In my case the Belkin employee placed my iPhone 5S into the system. As you can see below, it is a snug fit for the smartphone.

After the device is carefully placed into a specialized tray, the screen protector is placed over the two pins at the top of the unit. This ensure a perfect fit every single time a screen protector is applied.

The cell phone technician then slides the device closed:

Once the device is pulled back from the depths of the hardware, the screen is properly protected.

Our Belkin rep at CES 2015 explained that several “impact” bubbles are usually present, however, they are quickly removed with a micro-fiber cloth and here are the incredibly impressive results.

As you can see, my iPhone 5S is perfectly aligned with the screen protector, allowing for the perfect application.

Belkin has been testing the product at several Target locations and it has been used as several Apple specialty stores in New York City.
